A path bordered by adobe walls flowered with bougainvillea and discover Villa Bananie, nestled in a two-hectare park with lush vegetation (olive trees, palm trees, bamboo, brightly colored flowers, etc.). Happy fusion of traditional construction and modern comfort, full of charm, the villa is located 15 minutes from the city center and near the prestigious golf courses of Marrakech, for which transfers and reservations can be organized by us. Patios and large windows create a perfect transition between the volumes of the light-flooded house and the exterior which offers a splendid perspective from one end of the property to the other. Upon entering the entrance, we discover the large living room, with its two fireplace living and dining room areas, overlooking on one side the olive grove, its outdoor living room and the summer dining kiosk, on the other the patio which leads to the rest area near the swimming pool… Upstairs, a comfortable television lounge with its terrace. On the garden level, a suite and two bedrooms opening onto the park with direct access to the swimming pool. Upstairs, a suite with its independent staircase leading to the solarium terrace. In winter, each suite enjoys the glow of a log fire. The very refined decoration mixes the furniture of famous designers (Jean Prouvé, Florence Knoll, Charlotte Perriand, Pierre Paulin…) with ethnic objects. A quality table service is offered to you.
