Villa Jawad is located just 10 minutes from the city center by taking the Amizmiz road. This charming villa has the distinction of having been designed by the architect Imad Ramouni who has deployed all his talent to achieve very clean lines using noble materials. This 1000 m² villa with very contemporary lines is a real ode to the light thanks to its huge bay windows and its unique swimming pool which enters the living room creating a mirror effect. The suites are spacious and the furnishings brought back from Bali will leave no one indifferent for those who love teak. Tasteful Moroccan touches complete the whole thing and a huge living room of 300 m² loft style houses the living room, the dining room, the library room and the TV corner overlooking a huge bar. Everything in this villa has been thought out in an original way, creating universes such as the swimming pool and its Japanese stairs alongside the teak deck. Comfort has not been neglected either, all rooms have their own fireplace and TV. The staff are impeccable and discreet, which doesn't spoil anything. Finally the garden is meticulously maintained; a Berber tent between the olive trees will be able to satisfy the most curious come to admire the stars.
