The Kawtar villa is located on the 1st line of golf in the Atlas Gardens Resort on the Ourika road. Les Jardins de l'Atlas is one of the flagship projects of the Palmeraie Développement Group in Marrakech. Located 10 minutes from the city center and the airport, extending from Avenue Mohamed VI, this splendid 150 ha Resort is fully integrated and offers many local amenities including an 18-hole golf course, luxury hotels , a craft village as well as leisure and relaxation areas to meet all your requirements. It was built around its golf course but also its magnificent artificial lake which hosts Waky, an area dedicated to Wakeboarding, favoring conviviality and leisure. Guarded 24 hours a day by a team of dedicated professionals, the residence will amaze you with its calm and dynamism. Restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and outdoor games are available all year round to delight young and old. The Kawtar villa is one of the rare villas in the first line of the golf course and has undergone improvements since openings have been made in the living room and in the kitchen to make it a unique living space at least compared to the original plan of the House. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are very bright and share a bathroom made with noble materials. The bedroom in the basement is more functional with its bathroom also and of good dimensions.
